What is Fulfillment RFP Select?

A “RFP – Request for Proposal” is like an invitation issued by a company, challenging suppliers to present their best ideas clearly and convincingly to meet specific project needs.

“Fulfillment” is the art of reinterpreting a proposal, meeting the greatest number of client needs, studying them, understanding them, creating empathy with their purpose, and presenting a unique, personalized, and differentiating proposal.

The Task4it “Select” specializes in identifying, filtering, and qualifying high-value RFPs for international projects in markets such as the USA, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, focusing on areas like UX/UI Design, Website and Mobile Development, AI (Artificial Intelligence) and SEO / Digital Marketing.

We use an Internal Web App, the Finder, to identify Premium RFPs through various private APIs from technological partners. Discover how it works — click here to watch the video.

Explore one of our success stories: Client Royal 45 — which started with the preparation of the proposal for the RFP to the development and award of the project. See the project here!. By subscribing to our service, you will have access to 40 RFPs per month, equivalent to an overall budget of around 1 million euros per month. Do you want a slice of that million?

Task4it’s first tip (more tips here):

The ideal approach, in our opinion, is to contact the client as soon as possible to verify eligibility and specific requirements. This is a good way to gauge the client’s interest, start building a connection, and clients are usually agile, practical, and quick to respond. Here’s a real case scenario example:

Subject: Eligibility confirmation for RFP Submission

Task4it: “Given our European base, could you confirm any geographical constraints or specific requirements for international participants?”

Response from Client: (Beat the Streets Chicago – USA) – “As long as editing capabilities are transferred back to us at the end of the project, we have no geographic restrictions.”

Response from another Client: (Houseal Lavigne – USA) – “We are open to working internationally.”
